    Location: Cleveland, OH
    Schedule: Friday–Monday

    Position Overview
    Sky Quest is seeking a qualified A&P Aircraft Mechanic to support weekend maintenance operations for our managed fleet of corporate aircraft. This position plays a critical role in ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

    The ideal candidate is a disciplined professional who takes pride in their work, values structure, and enjoys working in a well-organized, team-oriented maintenance environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform scheduled and unscheduled airframe and powerplant maintenance
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems
    • Support aircraft launch and recovery as required
    • Complete accurate and timely maintenance logbook entries in compliance with FAA and company standards
    • Conduct preflight inspections and aircraft servicing
    • Interpret and follow technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
    • Comply with all company safety policies and applicable OSHA and EPA regulations
    • Collaborate effectively with maintenance control, flight crews, and leadership
    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant aviation maintenance experience (corporate aviation preferred)
    • Working knowledge of FAR Part 91 and Part 135 operations
    • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
    • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
    • Authorization to work in the United States
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around elevated noise levels

    Preferred:

    • Fleet experience on corporate aircraft
    • Strong troubleshooting and inspection skills
    • Experience working in time-sensitive operational environments
    • Professional communication and teamwork skills

    Work Environment
    This position operates in an airport hangar and ramp environment with exposure to aircraft, tools, moving equipment, weather conditions, and noise. Sky Quest emphasizes planning, organization, and safety to ensure maintenance work is performed efficiently and correctly.

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Expense Analyst / Bookkeeper who takes pride in precision, enjoys working independently, and wants to grow within a stable, award-winning company.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For
    You’ll serve as a key part of our accounting team, ensuring flight-related expenses are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.

    Day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Preparing aircraft trips for invoice approval
    • Collecting, organizing, and assigning receipts and expenses to each flight
    • Analyzing fuel bills and matching them to the correct trips
    • Accurately entering expenses and receipts into QuickBooks
    • Printing and compiling trip documentation for review
    • Assisting with credit card reconciliations
    • Coordinating with team members to resolve missing or unclear items
    • Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies
    • Serving as a first point of contact for expense-related questions
    • Supporting the accounting team as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    This role is ideal for someone who is:

    • Naturally organized and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable working independently and following processes
    • Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Calm, professional, and reliable

    Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles
    • Prior experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
    • Experience with tools like Asana and Slack is a plus
    • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
